Alex Hormozi's Advice on Branding in 2023 - I recently came across this absolute gem of a talk from Alex Hormozi. It was delivered at GymCon and is all about brand building. Honestly, it's been a bit of an eye-opener for me, especially with his philosophy on 'More, Better New'.

He brings a whole new dimension to the concept of growth, urging the audience to polish and perfect what's already working, rather than getting sidetracked with shiny toy syndrome, something I'm quite guilty of.

He drops some serious wisdom about many things in the talk, but this point really stood out not only because I see it in myself but also in a lot of YouTubers; usually in the case of jumping from niche to niche instead of just focusing on one target audience with one type of video and constantly trying to improve it until they've maxed the number of views they could get with that particular audience.

Check out the talk if this is of interest to you!

Meet The Godfather of YouTube Strategy (Paddy Galloway Interview) - I'm loving the content that Jay Clouse is putting out lately. This week he uploaded an interview with Paddy Galloway who has worked as a YouTube Strategist with people like MrBeast, Jesser, Ryan Trahan, and Noah Kagan.

This video covers how to generate fantastic video ideas, unravels the art of crafting compelling titles and thumbnails, understand why swinging for the fences could yield better results than a flurry of smaller attempts, and crucially, learn why pre-production should be your playground.

Grab a notepad because there's plenty to learn.

👨‍💻 AI Website Tool I’m Impressed With

Generate and publish your site with AI in seconds - Framer has just released an AI version of their website that allows you to generate and publish your site with AI in seconds. It's like having your own pocket-sized web developer, ready to turn your abstract ideas into tangible web pages.

The magic of this tool? It's all in the details. Feed it with specifics and it will reward you with precision. It generates sections with unique layouts, copy, and styling that you can tweak to your heart's content. You can mix and match display fonts, text fonts, and color palettes, and even cycle through different themes for each section. And if you're feeling adventurous, you can shuffle through a plethora of combinations until you stumble upon your perfect match.

This is a real game-changer for those wanting to create a website for courses, services, and more. If the tech side of things has been a barrier, or if you're just short on time, Framer's new AI tool might just be your new best friend.

Give it a whirl, and let me know how you get on.

Thanks for reading, if you want to reach out to me, just send a tweet to @WhiffenYT. Have a wonderful weekend!
